WORD OF WARNING
The information provided, together with the official Parrett Trail signs marking the route should be sufficient to follow the trail on foot. At speed it is so easy to get lost. Navigation is the responsibility of each individual runner – in some places the organisers will place markings, this will be done on the form of high visibility arrows or tape hanging from branches or signposts. REMEMBER THE TORTOISE AND THE HARE.
